This is Act... they are debt collectors for student loans. dont get into any argument with them. Just request that they communicate only by mail, never to call your phone and to have them send you everything concerning the loan including whatever promisary notes you signed.
you can take all this to court. the judges are not dumb, they know everyone is having a hard time and have very little money. they will do right by you.
