Called asking for "Employment References" for someone I know.
I asked references for who.
They said for the person, I said by what company they said act.com.
I said it looked like marketing.
They said no the person used me as employment reference. I said for what company? she said 'act.com'.
I said for what job, she said no u misunderstand.
This went on for 10 minutes me asking what for specifically and her never answering the question.
This is someone using illegal tactics. She would not tell why she needed information.
