I received three calls from this number so I called them back. A recording says that if you are no longer in pain, you can push 9 to be removed from their calling list. If you are in pain, you can be transferred to one of their healthcare advocates. I pushed 9 so I can't tell you what happens next. My caller ID says they are located in Lake Hughes, CA.
