Answered the call and it was silent for about 15 seconds until the call just ended. I called back and got the "Your call cannot be completed as dialed" recording. Ignore/Block it
Its my ex-buddy Joe running another scam. You would think after the arrests (just search his name and arrest online) he would hav stopped. They just cant seem to protect the public from crooks like him.
