Calls and doesn't leave a message. I am on the do not call list so I will be reporting.

Got a call just now.  I recently started to receive a surge of calls related to home repair or refinance since I bought my house almost 2 years ago.  This is another one offering services.  Blocked the number.

"Hello?"
(silence for 5 seconds)
"Hello?"
"Hello this is Michael Jenkins (applause in background) ALRIGHT!!"
(silence for 20 seconds before I hung up)

Scam Telemarketer for energy services

I politely declined the energy savings telemarketing and he just hung up. Rude.
