I received a phone call from 661-347-6528 from a Jim Morgan stating he is with the Crime Prevention Dept. of the State of CA and that unless I want to go to jail I need to agree to the OOCR payment of $875.00 for an outstanding payday loan.  He asked me to pay using a prepay debit Visa card and wanted me to send by fax to him at (619) 632-4467 a statement showing I am wanting to resolve this debit that I do owe and also list my ssn# and provide a copy of my CDL#.  If I don't do these items they will download my case which will make it public and I will be picked up my the police and taken to jail.

the other names these people use are brian thomas , steven johnson, and eric mathews all iranian people  asking for money

I keep getting calls from this number also... there are very pushy they had my acct info though so I am not sure what to do

also uses the name richard g, and the number coming up on my caller id is 16993340

Received message from "David Anderson" asking me to call back a 1-888 number. No mentions as to the regards of the call.
