Snarky solicitor trying to get you to lower your mortgage rate AFTER a few questions of theirs to see if YOU qualify for THEIR program -- you lucky people. They get a cut from a few financial institutions such as Mountain West Financial and Pacific Mercantile Bank. [never heard of those financial institutions even though they want you to borrow hundreds of thousands of dollars] The solicitor who called me doesn't have a website and I was told by him "stop being so sarcastic."
Do people really do business this way? The last thing I would do is trust my mortgage with any snarky guy who feels like calling me and claims he works for a company called "Home Loan Services." Wow! That name distinguishes them from everybody else, doesn't it? [I guess he's right -- I am sarcastic]
**SCAM ALERT** I wrote the message on September 30 documenting this telephone number's claim to be "Home Loan Services." Because the solicitor was so unbelievably arrogant, I've been checking back with this number now and again. I've called it repeated times and the message is always the same: "Your call is very important to us. Please hold for the next available representative." Then after waiting for 10 minutes, I eventually hang up. Another suspicion is that the recorded message has been tampered with. It sounds like the person recording the message sniffed some helium. This makes me suspicious of the person not wanting to be recognized.
