I received the call. But i had missed it.
When I tried to reply the call. It says
" Please enter the complete PIN number.
I did not entered anything.
Then it says. your number is entered . I disconnected the phone.

Online pharmacy uses this number and others for telemarketers. Have no idea how they get numbers since I didn't know there was such a thing as an online pharmacy in the first place. Recommend do not answer and just report to Do Not Call service as
A. It is illegal to telemarket to cell numbers because of charges it causes to person called and
B. The company ignores the Do Not Call Registry numbers - if enough people report them, they will be put on the short removal time frame rather than the six months they get for early or few offenses.
C. This is the basis of many scams. Understand that if a landline, they purchase one line and put as many rollover numbers as possible on it. Often you will receive a repeat call or several rapid calls from other unknown numbers, sometimes with different area codes. If a cell line, you can no longer personally trace location; only a professional with the contacts, such as law enforcement or FCC. These secondary calls are often made from attached numbers. They are used to try to get you to answer in fear there's an emergency someone is trying to notify you of. Make sure your family knows a friend's local number to call in such situations so that a known number can call to report an emergency.

Rule of Thumb: 1. If you don't know the area code, don't answer without a search first. There are companies that use the press a number trick to take over your phone number by auto setting their calls to use your number. 2. If you know someone in the area code, but don't recognize the number, you'll probably want to answer. Best to search the number first, but if you need to answer and someone you don't know is on the line, either hang up immediately or make certain you do not press any numbers - even if your phone has any key answer/hang up feature enabled - see Rule #1. Report to Do Not Call Registry if you're enrolled. 3. You have to renew Do Not Call Registration regularly. If you forget, you'll notice the increase in unsolicited calls. 4. Telemarketers who solicit to cell numbers should be reported to the appropriate federal communications regulatory agency. Can be done online.
Because we all did not recognize the potential and future overwhelming nature of these companies, their call centers and affiliate programs which include illegal aliens who are paid to call from untraceable prepaid cell services, we all let the early few annoying calls slide. There is certain and serious danger associated with these previously just annoying calls now. There are numerous known scams originating in such places as Nigeria and even Japan, more recently. The costs are often not noticed at first, although with economic times what they are now, it's likely they'll be caught sooner these days. Worse, it's often difficult to prevent re-attachment once it ever occurs the first time.
Answer your phones carefully. Don't push numbers EVER if you don't know who has called you or who you have called. This is especially true if you call a harrassing caller number back - some countries, it's the only way they can attach your line.
Advise your children and family members living at a distance to either call from a known number before changes are made or set up encrypted email service with you so that they can advise you of numbers to expect calls from when a change is necessary.
Report every problem call except the local who gets drunk and dials with fat fingers. Remember to tell your elderly family members especially - and this is hard for them to grasp the importance of. Telephones were not potentially financially dangerous to them for the duration of their lives to this point. They often doubt the serious dangers and costs associated but they are least able to afford the mistakes, less competent to deal with the necessary authorities to correct the problems and many do not carefully check their statements, etc.
