Called and read me the PG&E rate increase script. I hung up during her monologue. I believe this is the same place with the 661 363 2116 number that I blocked yesterday.

This is the same solar scammer that keeps calling every single day. I recognize the female voice.

Called and left no message.  I called back and the number is not in service.  This is a scam and the number should be blocked.
