Skeff is not a Swedish word - not even slang. I think you mean "Skaffa et liv" = English ="Get a Life" Just use English since your talking to an English speaking community. No reason to hide behind a language your not familiar. Especially when you are attempting to insult others. Most have no idea what you are saying even someone that speaks Swedish.
