Solar Contractor representing an organization called the "Council For Renewable Energy" (not the American Council For Renewable Energy) called at 9AM.
Lots of background/boiler room noise. The person did not have an American accent.
The telephone number is spoofed and not working. Stay away from these scammers and block their telephone number.
Called 2/12/15 at 6:50 PM PST. Called ID showed "V21218505000004" and this number. My phone answered by Sentry robo call blocker which advises calling party we do not accept calls from telemarketers, to remove our number from "their" calling list, or press 0 to leave a message. No message left.
