I received a call from this telephone number 3 times on Sunday. I finally figured out they do not want you to answer so they can leave a political message on your recorder. If you answer,they just do not talk but if you don't answer they leave a very long message. My advice is to report this abuse of our private phones.
They start calling at approximately 4:00pm and the calls end at approximately 8:30pm. They call daily. If I answer, no response. If it goes to my answering machine, they hang up.
It's a computer dialing a random mix of numbers. It just happened to dial the sequence of digits that's your number. These things can dial hundreds of numbers a minute totally at random. Think of it as a robo-calling slot machine (only it's not you who hits the jackpot).
