Solution to the problem:
This number appears when Skype transfers a missed call to your cell or phone.
Just go to Skype, look up the list of calls and on the call in question click on the + button, this will tell you the skype name of the person calling you. Once you have that you can turn in the person for abuse of the service. In my case this person called me more than once so in addition I blocked him on skype to make sure he cannot call me again. It is not always the same person, but the skype name will show up in your history of calls.

This guy keePs calling, he always call me the N word, says he's going to call the sheriffs department on me, and he keeps telling me to stop calling him.. He called two days ago and he was talking crap about my craigslist add. Can someone tell me who's is this person calling. Or can it be stopped??
