The phone number is machine answered by "Quality Heating and Air"  and after requesting you leave a msg it also offers to remove you from their contact list....so it is a working number of some sort...soooo, Report it...!  Not just the FTC but also the FCC.  The original call briefly answered with the usual telemarketing chatter in the background.
