We get calls from this 2 or 3 times a day. Usually ignore, but a few days ago I grabbed the phone before checking, and got the same recorded female voice as reported by others saying, - "Goodbye"
These people have more phone numbers that they call from. I'm using a google playstore call blocker and I recognize the $49 special from another site and a different call number but same area code.
Same here they just called rite now and it was a guy that said hello but when I said whose this he said um and just hung up almost like he forgot what he was supposed to say
The number has our local area code (661), so you think it could be a legitimate call, but it is not. I, too, am on the do-not-call list. It really cut down on telemarketing calls on our home phone (disconnecting it a couple years ago REALLY cut down on those calls!!). But, in the last year or so, I now get them on my cell phone. Not a ton, but enough. Telemarketing is the Devil & they can go you-know-where!
