Caller ID shows "Toledo Brian C". This is an unknown person and unrecognizable phone #. Probably some type of telemarketing whereby scammers have purchased a former valid number from a phone company where the subscriber discontinued service, but the name is not erased when the block of numbers sale is effected - an all too common practice.

No one on the line when answered....called the number and a woman's voice answered...I asked if she had just called me and she disconnected....not hung up mind you, disconnected, I could hear activity in the background.
A call back to the number gets a recorded message that the number does not accept in-coming calls at the subscribers request....Well isn't that special....The telemarketer is protected from "harassment."
