Rec'd a call from this number, CID showed "LA Mktg".  Interesting, A/C 661 is basically Greater Bakersfield area and I am over 100 miles away from Bakersfield.  Number now blocked,  661-434-0655 earned the first complaint to the DNC for 2015.  Sadly, many more to likely follow.

called and left no message …..they are on my call block list now.

Another call from the Home Improvement parasites.  Still blocked.  Morons.

LA MKTG:  They call almost everyday with a different bogus name  tried blocking them before with just the 661-434-0655 number.  Have tried again adding the 1 to the beginning of the number.  Hope that works.
