Called this pm. Left a pre-recorded message about an energy audit, savings etc. (I didn't listen to the whole thing before I deleted it). Caller ID was "Out of Area". Robo call/spoofed number. Now blocked.
The cid showed "unknown name" and phone number 661-452-6580. Illegal recorded message was captured on voicemail. Something about energy audit, attic insulation, blah, blah. There was no identified caller, no identified business and no contact phone number.
Don't answer. Hide your money.
Starts off with California homeowner. Have received numerous calls from this number over the past couple of months. I've reported several times to donotcall. Caller ID says Lost Hills... I also receive the same recording on other numbers!
