This will show the approximate location of the Central Office (most Central Offices are usually under a man hole cover..under the street). The actual location of the caller may be several miles away..though. But, I suspect that this number 661-454-5759 is a cell phone because I know someone in that area that has a cell phone with the 661-454-xxxx number.
