I recieved a text message from this number trying to scam me via kijiji. Watch out.

I received a text message as well from this number and the person was trying to scam me via kijiji. WATCH OUT !

I received a text from this number immediately after posting on kijiji.  Asking for details to ship my item to Nigeria.... - Be careful of these rotten people

I got a text from that number (661-458-8138) aswell as (323-523-5981) via Kijiji, becareful

Exactly as described.  Just after I posted my ad on Kijiji this person wanted to buy my item and payment means was questionable....wanted bank account info etc.  Then, when told no, went to PayPal and said this is safe and that he would pay for shipping.  I looked up PayPal and there are many problems selling through them.....customer can say it didn't arrive etc.  They don't advise using PayPal between different countries.  
How can we report this person and to whom?
