Fourth time in two weeks I've gotten a phone call from this number. No message and no voice at the other line. They hang up first. It's creeping me out.
Called last night at 8:02 (isn't there some kind of a rule about not harassing people at night?). No vm. Caller ID shows the number and "Unavailable." Clearly, if "Donor Services" or whatever doesn't work, they think "Unavailable" will lure in the curious. I ain't that curious.
I have not donated to any charities in the last several years except very small local ones. So I think this is a scam. No listing and when you call some guy with a foreign accent says press one to be put on the Do not call list. If you do, the only thing you accomplish is confirming they reached an active number and they add it to their list to be sold to other scammers. NEVER press any numbers
