Have gotten many calls. I don't recognize the number; I don't answer; they continue calling. I refuse to answer but I can't block the call since I use MagicJack phone service. I never gave them permission to call me, but the Do Not Call list is meaningless! Legislators should make it a requirement that you give them specific authorization to call you on YOUR phone line.
CID now shows "AMFAR". On callback recording claims to be "Donor Services" calling on behalf of AMFAR. If legitimate, the caller would leave a message identifying themselves and the reason for the call. Instead, the scammer ALWAYS hangs up so as to not leave evidence and will be reported to DNC for each and every harassment/scammer call.
Caller behavior and changing CID shows him to be a nosepicker engaging in a harassment scam and/or charity fraud.
