Caller ID "VOIP CALL" I answered but I did not say anything. Voice recording said they were calling about home security. Then a different person spoke (live) and identified themselves and hung up. Another number for call block. About an hour earlier I had gotten a call from 866-349-3521 (a blocked number) which is a home security or alarm company.

Called and mention something about a loan. I could not understand what they were saying so I kept saying hello and they hung up. The caller ID said CA.
