Out-of-area hangup call

1-25-17 14:12 PST CID= "EDWARDS  CA"  New number calling. Did not recognize the CID name so I blocked it on third ring. It is now blocked number 274. Internet search reveals it is probably a IRS scam. And I do not know anybody in Edwards Ca. either. Have a grand day everybody.

1/31/17  10:17 PST  I don't know anyone in Edwards either and wasn't home when call came in.  No message, and not sure whether or not it is already blocked.

2/03/17 12:33 PST Still don't know anyone there and wasn't home when they called this time either.

They keep ringing and when I answer nobody is there.
When I ring back it says call cannot be completed as dialed.
Going to block it.
