This number calls up to 6 times a day. Man sometimes speaks claiming to be "Nolan" from quality heat & air conditioning.

Said he was representing a solar energy service for substantial government rebates.  Like buying meat by phone!
I told him we were on the Do Not Call list, he just kept talking until I hung up.
I also logged this under the donotcall.gov website
