got texts from this person claiming to want to pay me $200 more on an item I posted on kijiji, looked on here, sure enough, he's a scammer, always exercise caution young Jedi's :P
I got the same sort of message from this SMS number this moring only minutes after posting on Kijiji. Wanted to pay 50% extra by PayPal right away, same [***]'n'bull story about a daughter's gift. Told him to cool his jets and Googled this number: 661-513-3285. This is how I came upon your lovely forum. Avoid any dealing whatsoever with anyone using this story, number or exhibiting this type of behavior. Buy and sell to locals.
