I've put this number on my rejected list. When you call the number back you get a greeting message welcoming to their Sweepstakes survey line. It then instructs you to press option 1 to start the survey... Big scam!!
Received a voicemail on my Google Voice phone, a number which I've never given to anyone... I only use that number when I'm at my grandparent's house, because they have no cell service there... But I do have the number on the NDNC registry... I'm thinking it's probably a scammer or something, using robo-dial.. The only thing on the voicemail was 2 beeps about 10 seconds into the 30 second message, indicating that it was a computer with voice detection software... Something scammers and spammers all use, so they can make 10 to 15 calls at a time, and the computer will connect them to the line where it detects a real person... Anyways... Do not answer to this number... Definitely block it!!!
I got a call from 661-529-2227 twice. I don't answer phone calls if the number is not in my contacts. My voice mail had a silent message from this unknown caller. I guess it wasn't important. I recommend that if a number is not in your contacts let it ring and don't answer. I think some scammers are not very clever. I don't even understand what they get out of calling me.
