Have called twice. Both time said it was United Airlines. First one was bad connection, I told her I could not understand her. She said listen very carefully. I told her no line was full of static. And I hung up. 2nd time told her not to call again and she hung up on me.

Don't pick up if you have caller ID, and see this number, register complaint on National Do Not Call Registry. Also sign petition with your local US Representatives and Senators to make carries provide free call blocking.
