Caller did not leave a message. I called back and a man answered saying "hello". When I asked who he was, he said he was calling for the Fraternal Order of Police and was asking for a donation.
Because he did not identify himself or the organization when he first answered, I strongly suspect this could be a scam.

Called @ 5:40 pm (dinner time)! My phone through Comcast didn't catch this one probably because the place where the name should be was instead V19374523496! I only got the phone number of caller when I hit another button on my phone! They're blockd now!
