Aggressive female, demands to know who in our office is in charge of our commercial auto coverage. What??? And she calls on our weekend emergency line, of all things. How she ever got that number is a mystery, but I guess the scum sucking telemarketers have their ways. Sad part for her is, we've got an entire fleet (a fleet!) of commercial vehicles out on the road and the concept of discussing coverage with anyone on the phone is ludicrous. I hope she sees this, because if indeed she was calling from Allstate, there ain't no way we'll discuss a new policy with them.
You lost a client, dear one. Stop telemarketing, or I'm inclined to think you'll lose many more.
