I submitted complaint against 661-580-8511 on Federal Do Not Call website. It's easy:

If FCC would offer a bounty, I'm sure we could all track them down through baiting.
According to www.411.com this is an invalid number. Consequently, when a call from this number arrived today, I concluded this is a spoofer, illegal telemarketer, and Do Not Call law violator. Several posters have identified the caller as a scam HVAC contractor. Folks, these characters who hide behind invalid phone numbers have no useful services to offer at a fair price. They specialize in wallettechtomy - the surgical removal of the wallet! They're not getting mine, and they shouldn't get yours either.
DO NOT BECOME A VICTIM. DO NOT ANSWER CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER.
