Received a call from 661-583-0053, CallerID showing only "Palmdale CA". This call was blocked while still ringing by my call blocker device since the area code and prefix were already on the block list.
I got a call from 661-583-0053 on January 26, 2017 at 3:32 pm. The caller did not leave a message even though my answering machine was on. My caller ID said, "VOPI," whatever that means. Don't legitimate businesses use their real name for their ID? And leave a message? I would think so. I have been on the federal Do Not Call list for over ten years, not that it does much good.
