Another solar energy telemarketer parasite who is unconcerned with the do not call registry.

Well a few days into the new year and they are back at it.  Its always about the same stuff, in this case apparently Solar....which ironically is the same thing listed in the banner ad on this 800 Notes web site at the moment.  As always a forged caller ID to a non existent number.

Called three times in a row tonight,  left no message.
