Joyce from Technocure informed me that I have a serious problem with my computer and that she needs access to the computer to fix it. Indian accent, says she is based in California. After telling her that I did not believe the company is legitimate she gave me 661 591 4144 to call back. Scamadvisor does not show any alerts for Technocure.org but warns that the website has been in operation for 166 days and expires within a year. The site is based in the UK and the owner is in Mumbai. I received similar calls before. How do you stop this?
Been getting harreassed with a company that doesn't give their name or a contact person. Has a Inadian repersentative call. with stupidty. And uses a fake name and once you call back the number turns out to be disconnected or out of service or they use a 0000 number and in caller id comes out UNKNOWN. Need some action now.
I got a call from this number today stating he was from the Law office of Larry H. Parker. The gentleman sounded like he had an Indian accent and I should get in contact with the police department in the town I live in. I believe this is a fradulent call because Larry H. Parker law office have been recieving complaints from all over the U.S. with individuals using their law office name. They are targeting individuals who previously had payday loans. Another number I got a call from was 818-581-2012. This individual said he was from the same law office. This has to be a scam to get money. I'm not buying it.
Jordan I talked to someone today from the law offices of Larry H Parker. They have received about 15 complaints from this phone number. They are investigating the matter and is contacting the FBI and state attorney generals. This is a scam especially if individuals are filling out applications online for payday loans. The individuals have an Indian accent and use a phony name claiming you have to contact the local police or sheriff department. They also claim that you can be arrested or have a criminal case against your social security number. I got a call from this number along with another number with a 818 area code. Be careful and I don't answer the phone. They leave a number and detailed message.
