Calls almost every day, leaves no message. I never answer calls I don't recognize but today I called the number and reached a recording. Could not understand the name of the organization, which the message said calls on behalf of other businesses, press 1 to be removed from the list. I hung up at that point.
Be careful of returning or even answering calls from unfamiliar sources. It can often lead to an increase in unwanted calls. Not only that but the number that is displayed CID could be spoofed. In the past various operations displayed out of service numbers. But more and more are displaying numbers that belong to innocent third parties.
