Caller ID said California. Recorded message from woman with strong British accent. Said credit card interest rates and minimum payments are going up soon but I can delay this extra cost by locking in my rates with her company. NOTE: most of the calls from "credit card" companies lately end with 8290. Different Area and access codes but the same four ending digits. If they can spoof any number, why use the same digits every time?
