Found a deal too good to be true on craigslist...wants money sent before keys and docs are received. Seems kinda scammy...

received two phone calls in one evening....both after 11:30 PM!!!!  No message left either time.

Whoever is at this number, a gentleman by the name "patrick Williams" is a con artist and scammed me out of money for an apartment that was supposedly for rent. Don't do it.. It's a scam!!

unfortunately theres more scammers on craigslist now a day than there is real offers... MY LIST OF KNOWN SCAMMERS IN LESS THAN A WEEK: Jacob Starks, Jessica Park, Maxwell Ferreira, Mark Scott and im sure theres more to come considering im urgently seeking a new place asap... ill keep you all posted if i find more p.s these are all Massachusetts listings.

Haha, got an email from Jessica Park on craigslist and googled her name. This post came up. Another craigslist scammer is Daniel Farendi
