Who called from 6617024495

I got a call too and no message. Looks like telemarketer (from the other entries here) and not scammer. I am blocking it anyway.

Solar electricity - I asked how he could call me when I'm on the Do Not Call list. He argued that I wasn't but I know I am because I checked two weeks ago when he called me.  Reported the company

Caller ID shows "Voip Caller". Right. I'm going to answer that! Blocked.

They called I answered and hung up on me the minute I answered reported

Called today May 11, 2016 at 1:51 MDT.  Left no message
