I got one too.  It says they are some sort of skype number and im the the bright crayon in the box so i google it and got this

Cold call from woman who said she was with Energy Alliances.

The caller is a lady, her last name is  Sanchez. She said she sold a home in our area & asked do I have house for sale.. I told her do not call. I tried to returned this call later. The message said I can't reach this number because the lady is a Skype User. Few people have file complaints with www.800notes.com
