Didn't know the number, but it did leave a recorded message. Something about HUD approved blah blah blah... Only part of the recording came through. This one made the blocked list.

I just got a call from that number.  Left no message.  I called it and it's a disconnected number.  Blocked.

I got a call and no message. Since DZ above tested it, I am blocking it too.
