called at 3:28 then at 3:42pm it's a dude that name is Richard, but I hung up don't know what he wants.

Have gotten many calls from this number. I hang up , back ground noise sounds like a call center.

Got repeated calls from this number 3-4 times a day for a week, no voicemails

I have received several phone calls from this number. They never leave any messages, and no one is there when I answer and then they hang up.

All of the calls I receive from area code 661 are from a solar telemarketers.  They just keep changing the phone number.  It is like they are just passing your phone number around to different people working in the same call center.  I don't blame people for trying to make a living but it is getting out of hand.  You have to try and block hundreds of callers and they still keep calling..
