they talk about rate increases for SCE and they can reduce the rate with solar. I am sure that this is a spoofed number and did not even try to call back.
Called and sounded like someone picked up (although no one was home) and heard conversation about Solar Evaluation, where the person's voice who answered said something incomprehensible and the "caller" said, "Okay, then we'll have your number removed." IT was unnerving as no one was home at the time and couldn't pick up. IT is a VOIP line so lines aren't crossed. Maybe that on their end they had several calls on one line. Regardless, it is SPAM crap that seems impossible to stop and should be criminal for wasting my phone line time that I pay for; should be treated as theft of time and phone line.
