Called saying I would get a trail before a judge or grand jury if I ignore it, and it just kept repeating, I called the number and it immediately picked up wit elevator music on it, no notice, or anything else

A man with a strong accent left a VM saying something about a judge or grand jury because I committed a federal crime...was VERY hard to understand him.  I called back and there was a busy signal.

left a message about a federal offense and failure to reply would put me in front of a jury and trial.   Man had a heavy accent.

Told me I was under arrest lol gtfooh

Left a message saying that ignoring this call will result in my being arrested and put before a grand jury!! Foreign accent.
