Answered this call. Took a second or two to click over, then I got a friendly hello before I hung up. I called number back and got an answer from someone that was not the same person who called from the number 20 seconds before. It seems like someones actual phone number. This was not the first time this happened. Seems that these telemarketers not only using disconnected numbers but may be using real numbers that belong to verified phone customers? If so, they found a lower level of integrity that I didn't know existed. Please comment if you have any insights. I'll accept the fact that I'm crazy if I'm speculating too much. Thanks!
