Not sure exactly where they call from. They knew my name and if I was a homeowner. She was a live caller, not a recording. Some pitch line they are a home improvement company and was talking about windows and doors. I should have asked how she got my number but I said no thank you/not interested three times (this I had to do talking over her talking because she wasn't listening to me) before telling her have a nice day and hung up.
In that it was a local call, I did a *67 and dialed the number. Disconnected recording. This seems to be a fairly new method of preventing a complaint call back .
