Who called from 6618321755

I just got a call from this number, which popped up as "UNKNOWN CALLER" on my caller ID.  Immediate red flag for a scam call.  I didn't answer, and they hung up when the answering machine picked up.  Red flag #2.  I called the number back right away, and it was out of service.

Got my first call from this number today, and when I did not answer they did not leave a message. Typical scammer behavior.
