Dis-connected number. They are using this number to spam.

Number keeps calling and when answered it disconnects

This number keeps calling, often 3-4 times per day. Once they called 60 seconds after the prior call. I've never picked up the phone and certainly have no desire to do so. This number's getting blocked.
