It is Sustainable Energy Outreach, a front for Energy Remodeling Inc to schedule appointments for selling solar and other energy upgrades. They call me twice a week with different spoofed numbers claiming they have access to government funding programs that will pay for a substantial portion of the installation cost. However they have yet to show me where to find information on these programs...Sustainable Energy Outreach does not have a web site, but instead refers me to the dept. of Energy web site "Energy.gov". I have not been able to find anything on the funding programs they are talking about...only financing options.
