Who called from 6618450645

Keep receiving calls from this number.  Sometimes a woman, and some times a kid yells into the phone "Who is this?"  When I ask who they want they hang up.  This has been going on for weeks.

I'm still getting calls from this number.  They always yell into the phone "who is this?"    No one ever answers the phone when I call the number back.

Over a year later I am still getting calls from this idiot.  She asks for someone in Spanish, and then hangs up .    She's probably trying to call Obama to ask for more welfare and foodstamps.
