No idea who this scum-bag caller is. I don't answer and never will answer a number I don't recognize and they never leave a voice mail. It does no good blocking these scum, ostensibly in Bakersfield, Earlimart, Lost Hills, Lancaster, or Palmdale because they just use another spoofed number when they realize they have been blocked. No doubt in my mind, this is a 100% scam call/caller. These sewer scum need to be locked up!
When this number has called, there is a silence then hang up. Calling this number back, it is a disconnected - no longer in service number. This and all other spam calls should be outlawed.
